Hosts and facilitators are not here to build personality-driven spaces. Their role is to help create healthy, relational, spiritually grounded gatherings where women can grow in faith together.

Bible Teacher
Kasie Frank is a devoted mother of two teenagers, a passionate Bible teacher to women, and a student of God's Word. Deeply inspired by Isaiah 61, she is committed to encouraging others through Scripture and helping them discover the hope, healing, and freedom found in Christ.
Her life is anchored in the promise of Psalm 40:2: "He set my feet upon a rock and gave me a firm place to stand; He put a new song in my mouth." This verse reflects God's faithfulness throughout her journey and serves as a continual reminder of His redeeming grace.
When she's not studying or teaching the Bible, Kasie enjoys staying active, reading, writing, cooking, and exploring the latest bio hack. She treasures the meaningful friendships God has woven into her life and is continually grateful for the community of Jesus-loving friends He continues to bring her way.
Kasie seeks to live each day with purpose, gratitude, and a heart fully surrendered to the Lord.

Facilitator
Christi Wilkes is a devoted dog mom on the cusp of retirement with a heart for discipleship. Her greatest joy is leading and encouraging others to truly know and delight in our triune God and His Word.
Her life has been transformed by Isaiah 46: 8-11–“…I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning…‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose.”
This passage reflects God's sovereignty over all things and provides rest and assurance He is working all things for our good and His glory.
Christi enjoys reading, traveling, podcasts, historical documentaries, and 80s music.


Facilitator
Jenn Nizza is an author, speaker, and Christian content creator with a heart fully surrendered to Jesus Christ. Her road to faith was not a straight one, but God met her right where she was, and her life has never been the same since.
Today, Jenn dedicates herself to helping women discover the freedom and truth that can only be found in Christ. She is the author of two books, the host of the Ex-Psychic Saved podcast, and has shared her story on The 700 Club, CBN, The Michael Knowles Show, and many others, always pointing women back to the Word and toward the life they were made for.
The verse she returns to again and again is Ephesians 3:20-21: "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever. Amen." A pastor once spoke these words over her during one of the hardest seasons of her life and they have never left her. They are a reminder that God is always working, even when we cannot see it.
When she is not teaching or creating, you will find Jenn in the kitchen cooking for the people she loves, sitting outside soaking up the sunshine, or dancing because she knows firsthand that joy is one of God's sweetest gifts. She tenderly cares for her parents, who have spent a lifetime showing her what love, generosity, and compassion look like in action. She serves in her church's nursing home ministry and cherishes every moment with her church family.
Jenn seeks to live each day with gratitude, purpose, and a heart wide open to wherever God leads. She is so glad you are here.
Word Feast facilitator
Loretta has a heart for encouraging women to grow deeper in their walk with Jesus and loves building friendships with Christian women from around the world. Her favorite Scripture is Psalm 91, which has been a source of peace and comfort through life's stressful seasons.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved puppy, Bobo. When she's not connecting with friends, you'll often find her treasure hunting through thrift stores and estate sales, watching documentaries on biblical archaeology, or enjoying a good time-travel movie.
Loretta is passionate about creating a welcoming space where women can encourage one another, grow in God's Word, and walk the Jesus journey together


Chief Strategy Officer
Lisa Sprinkles is a wife to Scott, mom to six grown children, "Cookie" and grandma to nine precious grandchildren, and a follower of Jesus whose greatest passion is helping women know Him personally. She serves in Strategy & Prayer for Our Jesus Friends, where she helps cultivate a Scripture-centered community rooted in authentic friendship, prayer, and the transforming power of God's Word.
For years, Lisa searched for peace in all the places the world promised it could be found. Through God's faithfulness, she discovered that peace is not a feeling or a destination—it is a Person. That journey became the foundation of her memoir, Peace Is a Person, and continues to shape everything she writes, teaches, and prays.
The words that have become the anchor of her life are found in John 14:27: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Don't let your heart be troubled or fearful."
Lisa is passionate about helping women discover the peace that comes from walking with Christ every day and building lives firmly rooted in His Word. Her favorite reminder is, "Create a life you don't need a vacation from." She believes that kind of life is only possible when Jesus is at the center.
She seeks to live each day with open hands, a listening heart, and an unwavering confidence that peace is not something we strive for—it's Someone we walk with. She is so grateful you're here.
