By accessing or using our website, online platforms, membership areas, meetings, services, community spaces, or digital content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or participate in our community services.

1. Purpose of the Community

Our Jesus Friends is a biblically based, Christ-centered, non-denominational women’s Christian community focused on encouragement, prayer, connection, spiritual growth, healing, and healthy Christian friendship.

Our services are intended to provide community connection opportunities, facilitated discussions, hosted gatherings, online spaces, and related community support services designed primarily for women seeking Christ-centered community and connection.

Membership fees support:

• Community facilitation

• Administrative coordination

• Platform access

• Hosted discussion spaces

• Community organization and operational support services

Fees are not payment for salvation, prayer outcomes, spiritual guarantees, counseling, therapy, ministry outcomes, or professional services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to access or participate in Our Jesus Friends services, meetings, memberships, or online communities unless otherwise specifically authorized by the Organization.

By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Membership & Payments

Certain portions of the community may require payment or subscription access.

By enrolling in a paid membership:

• You agree to provide accurate payment information

• You authorize recurring billing where applicable

• You understand membership fees may change with notice

• You may cancel membership at any time subject to the cancellation terms provided

Unless otherwise stated:

• Membership fees are non-refundable

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges

4. Community Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully and in alignment with the spirit and mission of the community.

The following behavior may result in suspension or removal:

• Harassment

• Threatening behavior

• Bullying

• Hate speech

• Predatory conduct

• Excessively disruptive behavior

• Repeated hostility or divisive conduct

• Sharing confidential participant information

• Conduct inconsistent with the mission, values, or safety of the community

The Organization reserves the right to restrict or remove participation at its discretion to protect the health, safety, and integrity of the community.

5. Non-Counseling Disclaimer

Our Jesus Friends is not a licensed counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or mental health organization.

Content, discussions, prayer, encouragement, teachings, conversations, and community participation are not intended to replace:

• Medical advice

• Therapy

• Counseling

• Legal services

• Mental health treatment

• Professional care

Participants should seek licensed professional assistance when appropriate.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

• Spiritual outcomes

• Healing

• Relationship outcomes

• Emotional outcomes

• Personal transformation

• Prayer outcomes

• Specific life changes

Each participant’s experience is unique and personal.

7. Media & Content Usage

By participating in meetings, events, online spaces, discussions, or community activities, you acknowledge that recordings, screenshots, comments, testimonials, videos, livestreams, or other content may occasionally be used for ministry, educational, promotional, marketing, website, podcast, or social media purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for reasonable use of your:

• Name

• Voice

• Likeness

• Comments

• Participation

unless otherwise communicated in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, written materials, videos, downloads, recordings, and organizational materials are the property of Our Jesus Friends unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

9. Online Platform Usage

Participants agree to use online platforms respectfully and lawfully.

Unauthorized recording, sharing of confidential discussions, harmful conduct, harassment, or misuse of community spaces may result in removal from the platform or termination of membership access.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participation in Our Jesus Friends is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Jesus Friends and its leadership, facilitators, volunteers, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Personal decisions made by participants

• Emotional distress

• Spiritual interpretations

• Third-party conduct

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the community

11. Modifications

Our Jesus Friends reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions may be posted on the website or communicated through organizational channels.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
